FiberFestival 2007 will again be presented by the Southern Plains
Fiber Guild (SPFG). It will take place at the Pioneer Woman Museum, 701 Monument, in Ponca City, OK, during the months of November and December 2007 and January 2008.
The mission of FiberFestival 2007 is to provide an opportunity for fiber
artisans in the Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas area to showcase their work from traditional crafts to innovative
art. This eclectic show honors quality workmanship and original designs. The exhibit will also strive to educate the public
about the many facets of fiber artistry by presenting a wide range of media techniques and traditions.

FiberFestival 2007
will be a juried show, judged by a panel of three judges. Prizes that were awarded included ribbons for:
- 1st-6th place ribbons
- Best of Show
- Judge’s Favorite (one
from each of three judge)
- People’s Choice (to be voted on by visitors to the exhibit)
